This was our first wedding of 2024 and it was for Johns youngest brother Jordan. I started bridal preparations at Jordan and summers home at 7.30am this was a early start because the wedding was going ahead at 9.30am at the Basingstoke regersty office. I started with the dress and then worked my way to the rings and other bridal details. before I knew it Jordan was putting on his jacket telling me it was almost time to leave wow time was flying so quick. We very quickly got our belongings together and we left for the registry office.
We arrived at the Basingstoke registry office with plenty of time to spare. The weather had been against us all morning it was really coming down when I had a little look out the window. Once Jordan and Summer had their interview with the registrars it was time. We went in to a small room and there where six of us in total it was very intimate indeed. The ceremony was around 20 minutes and it was very cute. Once we all singed the paperwork we went of for some photos but it was raining so hard at this point not one of us really wanted to go out in it. The Basingstoke registry office where very kind and aloud us to stay inside to take photos this was a huge relief I always have umbrella's at weddings we shoot but this weather was so bad my poor umbrellas wouldn't have survived that wind. We stayed at the regersty office for around 40 minutes or so and got some beautiful images of Jordan and Summer. Once we had finished we went to summers mums house for tea and biscuit's you don't get much more British than that do you!
