Prestige Awards Winner Wedding Photography Specialist 2024/2025

As most of you probably now know John and I won our first award this year! I had asked people to nominate us for the Prestige Awards a few moths earlier. Little did we know the judges had been looking in detail at our website Facebook and Instagram. We were on our way to Alfie's first parents evening at his new school and my phone started ringing it was a number I didn't recognise so I answered it.

It was March the 22nd I remember this clearly because my birthday is on the 25th. Anyway back to the phone call it was a man for the prestige awards saying he had some exciting news! I thought we had been shortlisted or something. He said the judges had been very impressed with us and had decided out of all the other people that had applied we had won!!!!!!

I couldn't believe it we have never won anything before this was BIG not only had we won The Prestige Award for London and the South East of England but we had been awarded wedding photography specialists of the year. The only problem we had was we had to keep it quiet! The man on the phone told me we should keep it to ourselves until we collect the Award but we couldn't collect the award until the end of August. This was hard keeping it from everyone especially our Brides and Grooms.

Award day arrives I went and got my hair done by my wonderful past bride Kelly she did a fabulous job! It was an amazing feeling being recognised for our work. John and I love what we do and we hope it shows through our images. We are so grateful we get to do what we do for a job it's truly a privilege.
